We actually had reserved another house, and the owner messaged me the day of and said it was having air-conditioning issues and that she was able to send us to another property right next-door. Was very thankful for this accommodation. Cons: Community pool has a $5 per person fee associated; as previous reviewer said, beds were very hard. "The place is so cute. Very convienent to Warm Mineral Spring. Make sure you go to $20 For non-resident. We had issue with coffeemaker and she was over immediately and fixed! Very ice lady! Washer and dryer outside in shed was convenient too! Bed was comfy too. Definitely would stay again and recommend!"

"We stayed at Kristen’s for 4 weeks and it was wonderful! We actually were able to stay in her new 2 bedroom cottage that is on her property. The cottage had everything we needed to make it like home for us. It’s dog friendly and our 2 dogs loved it as well. The area is quiet and close enough to get to restaurants/shopping/golf but you don’t have to worry about typical Florida traffic. Kristen is a gracious host and made us feel right at home. Already booked a return trip for next year! "
