The beds were very comfortable foam, the furnishings were in very good condition and the building was quiet, and very clean. Communication and check in were super easy. "The place was great for visiting NY to see the Christmas lights and shows. Took public transportation from Newark airport which dropped us off at North Elizabeth station & we walked from there. Choice between bus & rail to get to New York City - bus stop was closer. Allow time for traffic especially if you have show tickets on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Short bus ride to the airport when we left - a different bus stop but dropped us at the terminal. The attic space was clean, a kitchen...
