"Every aspect of the hotel was great. The location, building and presentation. Staff were fantastic, Lake View room was a treat and offered a very large double comfortable bed. The only down point was that our room was not serviced following our first night stay. Although reception was informed during the afternoon the room did not get serviced or towels changed. Spoke to house keeping next day and again by 3pm the housekeeping staff had disappeared and the room was not serviced. Complained at...

"This is our second stay at the Grange lovely place , clean and delightfully decorated. Breakfast is superb with options for all tastes and dietary options. The owners are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is most enjoyable. We will hopefully return and do highly recommend this property. "

"This was a fantastic hotel. The room was lovely with a small balcony and lovely comfy double bed. The only thing i would say is paying an additional fee for spa access in a spa hotel isn’t the best although it was only £20 I think the access to the spa should be included. "

"Beautiful house,very clean and I saw them cleaning the room after we left and it was very thorough. Food superb and substantial with canapes and sorbet mouth cleansers we could not finish a substantial main course and no room for desert. Service friendly. "
