"Everything was as advertised…"

"The property is absolutely gorgeous. It's peaceful, quiet and private even though there are neighbors. The house is beautiful and clean. There were a ton of games and movies for our use. It was absolutely perfect for us! We didn't need to contact the host for anything but they made sure we knew they were available for anything we may need. We will definitely be back!! "

"Very enjoyable and quiet guest apartment. There are stunning historical homes in this neighborhood. This two bedroom plus a dine in kitchen second floor guest quarters was a perfect accommodation while visiting friends in Tyler."

"This place was perfect! Thank you for sharing your home. Five of us stayed 4 days and had a perfect amount of space. Beds and pillows are comfortable. My daughters enjoyed the wall games. The patio is simple but so humbling, definitely enjoyed the hot tub. There is a coffee bar which we loved having since we’re big coffee drinkers. Drive way is narrow but we did have our dually truck so a regular car fits perfectly. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again. "

As a host, Vicki was always available, always communicating and helping with whatever was needed, while at the same time helping with suggestions of how to make the stay better! The check in and out process was easy, the stay was perfect, the area was very clean! Looking forward to staying here again in the near future!"

"Perfect property for our family(including 9 and 10 year old grandchildren). Plenty of sitting room in the living room and at dining table. Fun, comfy bunk beds. We had so much fun at the pool, playground and clubhouse. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this home and we WILL stay again. Hosts were extremely helpful and nice! Thank you for a wonderful time!!!"

"We loved staying here, it was my 50th birthday and we were able to spend it with our children and grand kids. It was so quaint, and very clean as well as there was a lot of room and the backyard was very clean. There were a couple of downsides, one: the water pressure and temperature in the shower left a little to be desired, and we were only given 1 trash bag to use so when it was full we had to go and get grocery sacks.
