"Very nice room with a separate room for queen size bed and twin bed in different room. Kitchen was wonderful with plates, cutlery, cups and glasses etc. There was a stove top hot plate, fridge etc. Very nice set up. Grocery store and many restaurants nearby."

"We chose this location as part of our 6 day road trip from Welling to Auckland. It is in a pleasant and convenient location and met our needs for an overnight stay."

"The hotel is excellent. Perfect location. Close to everything. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel facilities are perfect. The decor is beautiful. It has everything you need for a stay: stove, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, iron, hairdryer. The hotel is excellent and I will stay there every time I return to Napier. "Beautiful view from the room, along with proximity to the walkway along the beach, cafes, and the village made this a memorable visit."

"Clean room, lovely style. Close to everything you need. Kitchen in room (although someone in another room burnt something and we had a 6:45am evacuation on my last morning) but no staff on site to help guide that. "Clean, cold room in the shade.."
