"O hotel dizia ficar aberto até as 21 e cheguei às 20 e já estava fechado e o hotel não tem recepção o check in e feito no hotel ao lado, quando depois de muita insistência conseguimos falar com affirm a pessoa foi super grossa."

"The hotel is excellent. Perfect location. Close to everything. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel facilities are perfect. The decor is beautiful. It has everything you need for a stay: stove, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, iron, hairdryer. The hotel is excellent and I will stay there every time I return to Napier. I highly recommend it, you'll love it.
