"The hotel is excellent. Perfect location. Close to everything. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel facilities are perfect. The decor is beautiful. It has everything you need for a stay: stove, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, iron, hairdryer. The hotel is excellent and I will stay there every time I return to Napier.
