"The hotel is excellent. Perfect location. Close to everything. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The hotel facilities are perfect. The decor is beautiful. It has everything you need for a stay: stove, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, iron, hairdryer. The hotel is excellent and I will stay there every time I return to Napier. I highly recommend it, you'll love it.

"Great stay, perfect location with a beautiful view of the water. Loved the addition of a spa and washing and dryer and loved how the room had a split level. Had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay here.
The only downside however, was that at bedtime we could hear what sounded like the washing machine/dryer from the rooms nearby, but thankfully the beds were comfy so we still got a nice sleep. And there were areas in the kitchen that had some spills that werent wiped down properly.
