Famous as the heart of Scotland's cashmere and knitwear industry, Hawick (2.5 miles) is home to the Borders Textile Towerhouse which delves into the region's weaving history, while Wilton Lodge Park (3.5 miles) offers beautiful gardens, riverside walks, and a museum showcasing regional art and history. For more local appeal, the picturesque villages of Denholm and Bonchester Bridge are both within 5 miles of the property.
