"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and the atmosphere was so cool. It felt like we were staying in a treehouse in the jungle! The provided breakfast was good along with the other snacks in the common area. Very cool experience!"

"Very lovely location and very remote and safe compared to the rest of the town. The waterfall house is a full house with all amenities and is an absolutely fabulous place to stay. The cabins are cute and we had the place to ourselves but if we visit the big island again we will be sure to reserve the waterfall house for the full stay because it’s just so wonderful! Staff was very helpful, peaceful, clean and quiet."

"The property was in pristine condition located near the Volcano Village and highway. We had a little difficulty with the cable TV and lighting & ceiling fan control but otherwise experienced no problems other than the constant chirping of Coqui frogs which are common throughout the area."

"We were really looking forward to the hot tub and it was the main reason we booked this place. When we looked at it, it was cloudy and dirty. We later found out it was broken. We ended up not staying either of the two nights we booked here. It seems fair to get a some refund since the hot tub was broken."
