"O atendimento e a atencao da gerente Gigi foi excepcional! O quarto Oceanview eh perfeito, amplo, e arejado. o banheiro eh um pouco pequeno, mas nada que prejudique a estadia. Vc pode lavar suas roupas enquanto esta la pois eles tem lavadora e secadora. Voltaria a me hospedar la com certeza! Parabens pelo atendimento nota 10!"

"We loved everything about the room except for tiny little ants in the kitchen area but honestly that is not unusual in Hawaii. The Orchid Room (Room 6) was stunning. The bathroom and koi pond were really well done. Loved using the jacuzzi tub as the Kona rain storm started ramping up. We lost power a few times and had to pack up by flashlight in the morning but totally understand as it was a very strong storm -- strong enough to close the national park later that day. Would have loved to have...

"Was very difficult to sleep with all the traffic passing by. Not sure that is fixable but a downside to staying there. "

"The toaster remains broken. A couple tray tables would be nice as there is no place to eat dinner. It is no longer a quiet place as our sleep was disturbed every morning at 4:15 am, 5:00 am, 5:30 am by the loudest diesel truck I’ve ever heard, and headlights shining in the bedroom window. The other unit no longer rents to tourists, but is instead rented to a working farm family with little children. Their noisy diesel truck and gator vehicle come and go all day. "
