"Nice budget friendly part of the world in South part of the big Island. Very neat and tidy accommodation. Good bed. Quiet place. Access to punaluhulu black sand beach for an easy walk to see the turtles. Staff friendly. It is dated but def neat and tidy and we could have stayed an extra couple of nights. Worth the stop. "

"Our family stayed at this property for 3 nights the end of May and enjoyed the amenities offered as well as the great location. The condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for 4 people. We appreciated having parking and a washer and dryer. The pool area was very nice as well as the small beach just across the street. We enjoyed watching sunset at the beach area one night and surfers the next morning. We were close to the things we wanted to do. Would recommend staying here."

"Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kona. Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and tennis! The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to include beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had plenty of condiments. The owner was a great communicator, and quickly answered all of our questions. We lived out on the lanai - great view! I would highly recommend this location for a perfect Big Island vacation!"

"This condo was so relaxing and peaceful!! The view was incredible from the golf course, seeing the shoreline wake up and glitter in the sun, while sitting on the shaded balcony as the golfers rolled out each morning. We played lots of pickleball (located conveniently across the road from the condo-30 second walk) along with the private pool. We also enjoyed using the driving range and eating at Johnny’s restaurant that is part of the golf club shop, and had amazing food and live music. Also...

"It was not the fault of the owner, but they’re doing a lot of construction within the garage (august 2025), so super dusty and makes it a little hard to park…. With that said the owner’s condo is as advertised and they were super easy to work with.. location and view were sublime, and people within the vicinity were all super nice and welcoming. Building is old, but they did a good job updating the condo. The price is definitely worth the value"

"Fomos muito positivamente surpreendidos por um hotel renovado, com uma estrutura muito boa, piscina, lavanderia com custo acessível, sala de massagem, disponibilidade de bikes e stand-up paddles (estes gratuitos), equipe extremamente solícita e simpática e - como todo brasileiro gosta - um cafézinho coado de altíssima qualidade disponível quase todo o dia e gratuitamente na recepção. Há vagas públicas gratuitas por perto e em frente ao hotel, facilitando para quem aluga carro. Voltaria com certeza e recomendo muito como opção.
