"There was major construction going on, we didn’t have water all day one day and scattered times through out the other days, roaches everywhere, and parking was a pain!! We were not told anything about construction until we showed up and saw it and the day we arrived I started getting emails on all other stuff!"

However, the photos were misleading. The room featured large, expansive curtains that reasonably suggested there would at least be some type of exterior view. "The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. "The listing of property was not accurate at all. Wasn’t anything like the picture. It was listed as sleeps four, had only three chairs, not even enough place settings for four or silverware for four, hardly enough for two. No basic baking equipment. Couch was extremely uncomfortable. Was not a reasonable price for what we got."

"Great location, everything was as described. Communication with the host was excellent. The only inconvenience was the building being renovated, which meant the parking lot was 200 meters away. There were no disturbing noises. I recommend it to everyone."

"We had a great time here. The room was cute, cozy and quiet. Rated cleanliness a little lower because of active construction but otherwise it is well maintained. We loved the direct access to the beach and even saw sea turtles on the beach. The best part was watching the sunrise every morning from our lanai overlooking the beach and ocean. Would highly recommend this if you are looking for a spot away from the larger tourist areas. "
