"Martin and Melanie are lovely hosts. B&B is a short walks from local pubs. The sunday lunch in the George was excellent. Breakfast around the kitchen table with the other guests was a real treat. As was the various fruits from their garden. Easy travel to numerous places including Stourhead and the Fleet Air Arm Museum. Great hosts highly recommended."

Weeny downside, I had already paid via Expedia, my partner didn't realise, and when checking in, whilst I was elsewhere, paid for the room. Lots of parking available and electric car charge points too. Despite being near the main road the room was very quiet and no traffic noise heard. "Delightful small hotel in the countryside. Plenty of parking space. Tastefully decorated, quality fittings, clean and comfortable. Good restaurant with excellent food and service. Excellent place for a quiet holiday, or stopping place for a driving holiday through Somerset."
