"Great house, right on the ocean. Our kids were all stung by jellyfish plus with the seaweed we ended up utilizing the pool a good bit rather than swimming in the ocean. The paddle boards were great to have. The location is about 25 mins from Placencia Village, where the majority of good restaurants and grocery stores are. "This home was absolutely amazing! My only disappointment was the weather and the condition of the ocean and the air. Apparently, I was told, they are burning fires in Mexico and also Belize has a lot of fires burning as well, so the air was thick with smoke and haze. It stayed at around 90 degrees fahrenheit, day and night. There was no tide, no breeze, no relief from the heat, no access to the ocean from the property unless you have a boat. "What a great place! The Blue Diamond home is phenomenal, and Big Mac and his team elevated our stay to a level we have not experienced at any of our many other home rentals. The fun began when Mac picked us up at the airport in his party bus, and he kept us laughing and entertained on the drive to the house. "We had a lovely stay at Casa Carazon after spending two weeks in the Belizean rainforest. This is a private peaceful setting for soaking up the Caribbean sea and sun! The house is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, taking a dip in the pool and sea kayaking. In the evening we had scrabble contexts. A store is merely 10 minutes away for restocking or picking up anything you might have forgotten. The caretakers were attentive and gracious....

"My wife and i stayed for a week and had an amazing experience. Beautiful home right on a VERY private beach and close to ask the things you want to do in the area. Home and property impeccably maintained and had everything we could have wanted. Fully stocked kitchen, great beach furniture, charcoal grill, 2 bikes for our use, and really loved the outdoor shower. I highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Placencia"

"The property is absolutely stunning with a nice sandy beach & plenty of room for the kids to sports. Many places to hang a hammock that you could buy in town. This property is very remote and extremely quiet! I would highly recommend having a rental vehicle. Publics is the closest, cleanest, best place to shop and is 20 mins south. Mings is right in Placencia 30 min south and had some things we could not find at Publics. There is a health store in Placencia that had a few Vegan/vegetarian...

"The La Vida house is located on the north end of Placencia peninsula. The house was perfect for our family with three adult children. Also the house is well equipped and clean with everything you would need, including snorkel gear. Kind of off the beaten path, which is exactly what we were looking for in a rental location. We wanted to get away, but also have restaurants and things to do close by. Loved our entire stay and would definitely book this place again."

"The house is the perfect size for a small family. 2 Queen beds and the kitchen has all the amenities you could want. It’s right by the grocery store, beach, and Placencia Beach club. If you’re looking for a place to hang out with food, swim up bar, beach and pool the Placencia beach club is only 2 blocks away. Also 10 minutes to town with multiple restaurants along the way. I highly recommend."

"We really enjoyed the spacious patio and private beach. Location is great, on one side you have the private beach and on the other the sidewalk that runs the length of the strip giving us easy walking access to everything. It was a bit confusing to find and check in, and we were unsure of where to park our rental car but it all worked out in the end. Everything we needed was there for us."
