"The cottage was so comfortable and beautiful. It was about a 20 minute walk to catch the ferries to the Vineyard and Nantucket, and very close to town. We made some friendly suggestions and Tom responded immediately, and was open to our suggestions. That’s a great host!!! "

"My family stayed at Mermaid Cottage for a weekend while attending wedding festivities in the area. The house is comfortable and clean and the area is quiet, but great proximity to many Cape Cod locations. Our host, Louise was fantastic and quick to respond. Mermaid Cottage was the perfect place to retreat and relax after a long day and the patio was a wonderful area to hang out. Highly recommend!"

"This was the most charming little coastal cottage we could have dreamt of. All of the basics are covered here - just bring what you need to make the memories! The view from the living room and front porch were splendid. We enjoyed beachcombing with quick and easy access. The location is really great; easy to get around. "Location and value could not have been beat.. With no more than a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.. It had everything we needed and more. The host is extremely responsive and helpful..Now for the slight nuances, the place slightly loud if you have loud neighbours, but nothing that turning on the ac can't help to drown out the noise,I would definitely come back here, the price is unbeatable"

"The town cove cottage was perfect for our first family trip to the cape! It has all the necessities and a beautiful view. It was close to so many great beaches and restaurants. I would definitely recommend!"

"We had a wonderful few days here! The house was very clean and well-stocked for a family of four - cozy, nostalgic beach house feel, as we could tell from the pictures, but charming and comfortable. And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay!"
