But what the website cannot convey is the sheer sense of history you experience by staying in this wonderful place. "This was the perfect place to escape to the mountains. The house itself is surrounded by farms in which you will have the pleasure of seeing cows, horses, and lots of deer. However the drive up is a purely scenic mountain climb. The perfect location to many of Kentucky's distillerys on the Bourbon Trail. 10/10 recommend!"
