Check-In & Check-Out: Arrive between 4 PM and 10 PM for check-in, and check out on or before 10 AM for a seamless departure.

No Parties: To maintain a serene atmosphere, kindly refrain from hosting parties.

Pets Allowed: Your four-legged companions are more than welcome! A pet-friendly retreat awaits with a fee of $65 per pet per stay, subject to approval.

Notes:
If a pet hasn`t been disclosed and the no pet fee is paid before check-in, and if management later discovers that there is a pet in the condo, a $300 charge/claim will be applied.

Professional Cleaning: Rest easy—each unit undergoes professional cleaning after every stay to ensure a pristine environment.

Laundry Facilities: Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry with available washing machines and dryers.

No Smoking Policy: For the comfort of all guests, please respect the no-smoking policy within the suites.

We ask that you treat this residence the exact same way that you would want a guest to treat your own home :)

Please also acknowledge the following:

1. Based on past experiences, we do not host groups who are all 21 years of age or younger. If your group is 21 years of age or younger, please do not place a reservation without written pre-approval from us. Failure to do so will result in termination of your reservation.

2. Locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval from us. This is to prevent nearby residents from using our property as a party house.

3. Please note that we only release door codes to the person who booked the reservation, and you must provide valid, government issued photo ID.

4. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. This means all guests entering the property at any point in time counts as a guest. In other words, the definition of a guest is not limited to only those people planning on sleeping inside the property, but to all guests planning to be inside at any given time. For example, if 6 people are going to “hang out” inside, but only 2 people plan on sleeping over, then the guest count selecting during the booking should be “6” not “2.” Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge of $30 per person.
