"This property is wonderful for families. The giant back yard has a Play house, play structure, fire pit, and a great out door gathering place for family time. The game room itself was outstanding for my 4 sons. Air hockey, ping pong, skeet ball, and pole were all part of the entertainment that was provided. "The property is better than advertised. Great kitchen, three nice bedrooms, spacious family area. The deck is huge, the views are stunning. I spent a week there with my three teenage daughters and nobody wanted to go home. Great location, 10 mins to downtown CDA, would highly recommend. Hosts were very nice and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Couldn’t image a better place to stay."

"Great little place!!! Met our needs for a party of 3 perfectly. Might work for a party of 4 if 2 are kids as it is small. Everything was new and updated, except for the cute, nostalgic fridge. The property is amazing and beautifully kept. Small bar nearby that had outdoor, live music one night. Grocery store, bar and burger joint within a block and easy to walk to. Felt very safe in this. Will definitely stay here again!! "

"Neighborhood was very quiet, provisoning was absolutely great. A perfect added touch were the stained glass windows. We both loved the shower. Coeur d'Alene is a beautiful city and we certainly enjoyed the downtown shopping. The visit with our friend was wonderful. Should we come back we will certainly look to obtaining this place."

"This property is truly a home! If you love to cook, the kitchen is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and you can tell that thoughtfulness was used when decorating and creating a truly wonderful experience. It is only a few blocks from the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor area with the fire pit and BBQ is relaxing after a long day! We will return!"

"Home was very clean upon arrival and quiet considering location. Perfect for our family get together over the Thanksgiving holiday. The only thing that was missing during our stay was some heavier blankets/comforter. If ever in town this time of year, be sure to visit Higgins Point to see the Bald Eagles as they're passing through the area feasting on Kokanee."

"This well-maintained house was in the perfect location for our recent visit to north Idaho. Overall we enjoyed our 4-night stay. Beds and other furniture were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and extra pillows. Our suggestions for a better stay: Blackout curtains on the upstairs bedroom windows. A few more kitchen items such as glass measuring cup (for liquids), Keurig coffee machine, some good quality plastic drinkware. (We also had to buy salt and pepper, which we left there for...

"It was a great place for our anniversary weekend. Beautiful and romantic. The condo had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Definitely a return in our future."

"The accommodations were adequate and the location convenient. Being very close to the road, the road noise could be irritating at times. It is an older house that has been remodeled. The biggest issue was that when we first got there, we found that the front door lock code did not work. Nor did the key lock box code work. It took nearly 2 hours before we were able to gain access to the rental. The "local" representative was very helpful with this situation."
