Perfect spot to host a large gathering. Board Games, Yard Games, Video Games, and a Movie Room! 6 bedrooms with 5 Queen Beds and 6 Twin Beds. You will never run out of fun activities while staying at this house. We constantly refresh the board games and yard games. Large yard with Corn hole, fire pit, BBQ, and more! Your hosts are only minutes away if you need anything or have questions. High-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, and 2 vintage arcade games are provided. Hablo español.

The thing you will love about this home is that there are so many living areas. The house can feel private enough, even with a large group. There is a swing set in the backyard which you can use.



Guests are required to wash all used dishes when checking out. If dishes are left dirty we charge $50 for dish service.

Trash cans are provided all over the property, if trash is left outside the trash cans we will add a $50 clean-up charge.


PETS:
We love pets, but if you bring a pet into the house for any part of the trip, you must pay our very affordable pet fee, otherwise, you will be billed 2x the normal pet fee.

Dog waste bags are provided, if pet waste is found in the yard, we charge an extra $50 for pet waste clean-up.
