While walking times are listed for hershey world and hershey park, you can't actually walk to them. The drive is about 10 minutes. You could walk to zoo America. "Such a cute house and convenient location! The Italian place across the street is really good and it’s close to a cute brewery down the street. We were in town for a concert at Hershey Stadium and it was about a 10 minute, less than, drive there. Check in/out was super easy also.
