"We had a great stay here at this quiet, clean spot that had everything we needed. We felt right at home at the large family farm table, and were comfortable in the great beds. There are lovely touches everywhere and it’s definitely a gem. Jen wanted to be sure we had ever needed and was easy to communicate with. We loved watching the deer and sitting out on the front porch. We would love to come back."

"Our family of five was here to pick up our daughter from UArk. This house was the best place we’ve rented in four years of coming to Fayetteville! I wish we’d found it ages ago. It was very clean which is the thing for me that makes it easiest to feel at home. It was also decorated really well and was comfortable, with plenty of seating and blankets everywhere. The temperature was easy to control. It rained the whole time we were here this time, but the home has a lovely yard we would have used...

"We had a great stay in Cave Springs. The house was comfortable and the neighbhood was peaceful. It's off the beaten path but had anything you could want within a 20 minute drive. There was great communication throughout our stay and check-in/check-out couldn't have been easier."

The garage was clean and we did use it to park. Website pictures were accurate and layout of house was great with master on one side and other two bedrooms on the other.
