The Perch @ Sequoyah: Pet Friendly & 3 Mi to U of A

Welcome to The Perch @ Sequoyah! We're located in an ideal location on the east side of Mt. Sequoyah, just 3 miles from the U of A, 2 miles from the Square & about 300 ft from Mt Sequoyah biking trails. The house is a newer construction modern build with cozy furnishings, TVs in every bedroom & beautiful views of the eastern sunrise! The second floor patio is perfect for enjoying the AR weather while sizzling a steak on the grill. Come enjoy a retreat to Fayetteville and rest easy at The Perch!

As you arrive to the house you're greeted by a modern architecture yet warmly decorated home. Enter through the front door with a wifi smart lock to be wowed by a tall vaulted entryway bursting with natural light.

If you remain downstairs you'll find two cozy bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a plush king size bed, smart TV and large walk in closet for you to store all of your belongings. Bedroom 2 has two full size beds that are ideal for either 2 grown adults or 4 kids. Bedroom 2 also has a smart TV and large walk in closet as well. The shared bathroom has lots of room for everyone staying downstairs, plenty of bath linens and of course a gorgeous marble tile tub/shower. Lastly you'll find a laundry room that's available to guests with an initial set of laundry supplies if you need them during your stay.

Venturing upstairs you'll find an open concept kitchen/living/dining area with vaulted ceilings, natural wood beams and large sliding glass doors that open to the elevated patio. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking/baking needs. it has a gas cooktop, single oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and even a wine fridge. The dining table seats 6 and there are 4 barstools at the island for additional seating. In the living room you'll find plenty of comfortable seating while you watch the large 75" smart TV or cozy up to the modern gas fireplace.

Just off of the living room you'll find large sliding glass doors that open to a large patio surrounded by mature trees with views of the sunrise. If you're not a morning person that's ok too. The patio is nicely shaded in the evenings which makes it very enjoyable. We have a Weber natural gas grill for your use so you can sizzle up some steaks or flip some burgers!

The final two upstairs features are the tastefully decorated half bathroom and the luxurious primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is huge! You certainly won't feel cramped but will surely enjoy the king size bed, dresses, smart TV and large walk in closet. The en suite full bath is dreamy with marble tiled walk in shower, separate vanities and private toilet room.

You'll certainly enjoy a luxurious experience when staying at The Perch @ Sequoyah.

The 2 car garage is available if you'd like to park your vehicle or bikes in out of the weather but we do not provide a wireless remote.

We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

Our smart TVs are for streaming from your own accounts.

The pack-n-play is stored in the downstairs guest bedroom closet. The high chair & baby bouncer are stored in the primary bedroom closet.

We provide 2 mid-size dog kennels that are stored in the garage closet if you don't plan to bring your own.
