"Very clean, host has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The view and morning sunrise was beautiful. The fact that it was pet friendly was awesome. Sitting on the deck watching the wildlife was so relaxing. Ease of access to Islands and main Thruways was a bonus. I was abit suprised when I pulled in and saw a motel like establishment. The pictures of the boathouse were accurate, not surrounding 4 motel like rooms. "

"Amy's place was very nice but it wasn't in Cundy Harbor which is where I had expected to land. That's what I put in the search bar. I didn't get the address until a week before check-in. Still, it was quiet, clean, and right on the water."

"The house was perfect for our size family. I highly recommend for families. We did have a couple of small issues and the owners didn't waste any time correcting the issues. They are very nice and very easy to work with. Also, if renters don't notifiy the owner or property manager they will have no clue about any issues. I would definitely rent this house again."

"We had a great stay in the 2 bedroom unit. great set up and was super clean. Loved the proximity to the shopping area and restaurants. Only issue was the front door lock, noticed a lot of the other people were leaving the lock open. Would stay here again "
