"We had a nice stay at Black Bear Cabin. Short distance to tourist attractions. Hot tub was enjoyed and the beds were comfortable. Some things that might help improve the stay for others would be: dish towels for easier kitchen clean up, ability to plug in deck lighting, hooks or shelving in rooms for towels and clothes, end tables in the queen bed rooms, and fresh batteries for basement remote. The kitchen had all the tools we needed for cooking. Great place for meditating and quality time. "

"This was a wonderful house in a serene area. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very adequate and nice outdoor space.The hot tub seemed to be not very clean, but we did enjoy it."

"The room smelled moldy, dewy, musky. It was a horrific smell. Good thing it didn’t rain. We had to only sleep in the room and it was hard enough to sleep in the room because of the smell. It was horrific, didn’t complain to staff because it was busy because of fishing tournament going on. Left early on check out day because we couldn’t handle it anymore."

"Room was clean, and inexpensive which is what we were looking for. Late check in went quick, and left early in the morning. Breakfast was decent. Only real thing to be aware of is the parking is extremely tight- we got lucky finding a spot down the road, but that space isn't available between Nov-Mar, so staying here in the winter would be tough for parking. Other than that it's a fine place to rest your head- but wouldn't want to have to stay a long time."
