Set on five acres high on the bluffs of Lake Michigan just north of Harbor Springs, this modern home with unique architecture offers a peaceful setting with fantastic views and gorgeous sunsets. Wildlife like deer and turkeys wander the property and an occasional bald eagle has been known to roost in the trees surrounding the large wrap-around deck which is a perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening barbecue.

This home is the ideal getaway for the up north vacation or those looking for an inspirational location to work away from the office. The house has high-speed fiberoptic internet along with two large screen smart TVs. The home is on the renowned Tunnel of Trees known for some of the state's best fall colors. As you walk through the front door you see through a large great room with a wall of windows with huge views of the lake. The upper level has wood floors throughout. The main bedroom is very large with a comfortable bed, a private bath, a glass wall looking over the lake, and two walkouts. The second bedroom is a well-decorated bedroom that also has glass doors opening out to the deck and is next to the second bathroom. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and provides for the preparation of many special meals. The lower level is the home of a large family room that has a walkout to a patio. It has a TV, a game table, and wet bar, and a third bathroom. The couch converts to a bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
