"We were very happy with the property, just disappointed that the fireplace did not work. I would suggest removing the fireplace as an amenity on your listing. I specifically look for properties that have a fireplace. The property was very clean and check in was easy. The rate was a little pricey but I am guessing it is because it was a holiday weekend? "To whom it concerns I had contacted the host like five to six times before we arrived and did not receive any contact until she sent info to get in the house which gave a code for the box and didn’t state that you had to go in the garage and that’s where the box was once my sister and I figured out we went thru garage to get in there was no heat I tried calling her no answer so then I texted and then she replied back and sent some one my sister and I went to Walmart to buy electric blankets and...

"We had a great time staying here. It was clean, modern and cozy. Perfect for our family of four. Close enough to the downtown area, but also nice and quiet. Pet friendly too, our dog loved joining us on our trip!"

"An amazing place to stay, right on the lake! The hot tub is amazing with a great view. Wake up with swans, mergansers, beavers, and ducks right outside the window. Everything you need is here for a great weekend up north. Easy access to skiing, Petoskey and Harbor springs."
