Also, if I was one of the owners of the property, I would be upset at the outdated facilities, such as the pool and the hot tub. It stated online the pool was heated. "What a cool place to stay! The host was very nice and quickly responds to any questions. They had a bunch of snacks, coffees, teas, etc and said we could help ourselves which felt very welcoming.
