Free parking and convenient location will ensure you are able to relax worry free while staying at this beautiful condo. This unit has adequate space for a large group or family and offer privacy at the same time with its multi-level design! (no elevator available)

The Space:
This cottage features a master bedroom & full bathroom on the first floor along with a full living room, kitchen, washer & dryer and fireplace. The upstairs has two guest bedrooms, a small kitchen, full bathroom, washer & dryer and eating area(also great for games). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a tv. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a bunk bed and a day bed with a tv. Enjoy a private beach area just a short walk from the condo- please see condo photos of map!

Guest Access:
We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo.. We look forward to hosting you :)

The Neighborhood:
Riverwalk condo is conveniently located in the heart of Charlevoix. The condo is easily walkable to the downtown district by crossing the pedestrian friendly Charlevoix Memorial drawbridge. The double-leaf bascule bridge opened in June of 1949 and carries US-31 across Island Lake Outlet, (also known as the Pine River Channel). The drawbridge is an iconic part of downtown and a highlight for visitors to watch as the bridge opens up for boats to pass though. Upon crossing the bridge by foot or car, the downtown is situated overlooking the beautiful boats of the marina to the east nestled in with boutique shopping, coffee shops, and restaurants. A few blocks drive to the west of downtown is Michigan Beach on Lake Michigan. Offering a sandy beach, playground, a swimming area, restrooms, and fishing off the pier, near the Charlevoix lighthouse, and of course breathtaking views of gorgeous sunsets.

Other Things to Note:
-Parking: There is parking designated for the condo directly to the left of the unit. There is a sign on the corner of the condo indicating parking for Riverwalk 105. Two vehicles can fit one in front of the other. Other vehicles are not allowed. If you need additional parking for a boat you can use Ferry Beach at a daily rate.
-We are fully staffed for your needs Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and have an on call person on evenings and weekends for emergent situations.
