"The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic, but several other things were suboptimal. There were no instructions at check-in that you need to use your digital room card to summon an elevator. The room phone was dead. One of the elevators was stuck with all floor buttons pushed and a buzzing sound emitting, that the front desk knew nothing about when I reported it. "Hotel super bem licalizado!"

"Bom atendimento, excelente localização, nenhum problema na estadia."

"Place was very well kept. And staff was wonderful"

"A hotel that delivers exactly what it promises: comfort, excellent location, and the brand’s consistent standards. It’s not a particularly memorable experience, but it meets expectations very well for a Grand Hyatt. In the absence of an affordable breakfast option at the hotel, I ended up discovering some of the many great cafés in the area."

"Ótimo hotel, recomendo Só não gostei que tem que pagar pelo Wi-Fi"

"Elevador com defeito. Area a noite com mtos drogados. Hotel bom mas mto caro."
