"We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!"

"The location was perfect for us. We were there for fishing trip with our little family. I love that we are able to save money by cooking on a full kitchen. The only suggestion that I have it would have been nice to have plastic plates for the kids but no biggie. I was just afraid of the kids breaking any plates. The box fan were perfect. Lovely place. "Nice place - very accurate description - very comfortable for small group - Safeway Grocery store is nearby but the neighborhood seems a bit rough at night as a group of homeless were across the street at a park and aggressively begged for money."

"Quiet safe location. Not much nearby. We uber biked to pike area to save our parking spot. For food, Cheeky cafe is within walking distance. Overall, very clean room with a coffee maker!. Thank you Misha!"

"This was a comfy, clean, and secure stay for our night in Seattle to attend a concert. The drive into downtown was quick and easy. Watch out for students and family traffic at the beginning and end of the school day, being across the street from a HS. Parking in front may be a challenge, but this is a densely populated area so it should be expected. Would consider again if/when in the area."

"House was clean and cozy. I really loved the fresh flowers upon check-in, and the lavender and rosemary growing along the fence was beautiful abs fragrant. The only downside was parking on the gravel was a little difficult for my mini-van due to the amount of space."
