"We love staying at this hotel! Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean! It is located in the downtown area of Hannibal Missouri we walked to almost everything we wanted to do except for taking the trolley and did the cave and winery. We had a great time and will definitely be back!"

"The property reminded us of a drug house. We booked 2 nights and left after 1. If it had not been late when we arrived, we would have left without staying at all. I will add the night person was helpful."

"The room was very clean and looked to be recently refreshed. The only thing that might concern some travelers was the stained grout in the bathroom. It was stained not dirty. The grout around the tub needs to be redone, it was a sloppy job of sealing. It would definitely improve the look. Everything else was in good shape."
