"The room was fine. I encountered no staff. The check-in, check-out was entirely mobile which would be great if there were no errors. Our door code repeatedly failed until randomly it didn't. There were no staff to help us either. Additionally, the walls are very thin so we heard many conversations that kept us up all night."

"This was my first time to the Hamptons and it was very enjoyable. The property we stayed at was a good part of making our 5 day stay so successful. The salt water pool was clean and was right on the bay. The deck, also on the bay, was a lovely place to have our coffee and breakfast. They also had a parking pass for the beach, which saved us the $40 or $50 non-resident parking fee! Brothers Patrick and Brian shared their knowledge of places to go and restaurants to frequent. "The view is the best! Beach is beautiful. Rooms are clean however the rooms need some maintenance done. Holes in doors and curtain rods almost falling down . Air conditioning units need to be replaced. Fans on high all the time and turn on and off every 10 min. Had to turn off at night .
The staff are very helpful and courteous. We will return again"
"Clean room, wonderful staff, and a beautiful view. What else could you ask for on a trip. We stayed there for Labor Day weekend and the week afterwards and it was absolutely lovely. The guests are typically families so the property stays pretty quiet even if there’s restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay and will be back."
