Kim has put such thought and time into all that she has created for those of us who choose to visit Nags Head and select her lovely property to stay at. She has thought of everything. There are 3 different types of pillows to choose from, everything you need for the beach, a lovely garden, and beautiful places to sit and just be. It's nice to know that Kim is there if you need any help with anything....

It is quiet and uncrowded but stores, restaurants and attractions are easily accessible by bike or car. The host is accessible but mindful of privacy. We had a lovely stay."

"Second stay here. Love the location and the studio has everything you need. The hot tub was heavenly especially on the cold nights I was there. Met the owner this trip and Mark was very friendly and welcoming as always. A mile to the ferry which I took to Ocracoke and spent the day. Plenty to do on Hatteras so much history, shopping and beautiful beaches. Love it there!"
