"The hotel is at a perfect location in downtown Hampton and is pretty clean. However, my room #404 never got colder than 80 degrees. I went to the front desk 3 times to make them aware of this issue and all three times was told maintenance would go up and fix it. The 3rd time, they even personally called me and said they went up to the room and it was cooling down, but when I got up there after seeing the fireworks, the room was at 81 degrees. "I found that there was a leak on the bathroom floor because when I walked in I slipped. I immediately notified the front desk and they sent someone to confirm that there was a leak but I was told there were no other rooms available. I asked for a refund so I can go to another hotel but was told no refunds were allowed. Very disappointing. My guest and I safety was in danger the entire weekend."

"Need to upgrade rooms on 1st floor. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and about to fall off. We spent the first night in a room that was 78 degrees. They could not move us and maintenance was not there until the morning. It was a horrible night with outside temps 96-100 degrees."
