"House is pleasantly appointed. More room inside than you might guess from the quaint look from the street. We were three single adults so used all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room without feeling crammed in.Beds were comfortable, house was clean, plenty of kitchenware to meet our needs.Quiet neighborhood with people walking dogs and houses decorated for fall and Halloween. Off street parking in the easily accessible driveway was nice.We were in town for a Bills game and this...

"We have stayed at several VRBO's and this home far surpassed our expectations. Very well appointed, clean, included starter coffee pods and other various essential kitchen items, backyard was great for our grandson and the park at the local school was amazing as well. Heather was great to work with and very responsive as well. Thanks for hosting us and we look forward to future visits."

"We had issues trying to check-in. The driveway was not plowed and dangerous for one of the guests with a cane. The walkway not shoveled and steps icy. Trash can broken, plates in cupboard were wet and gross, wifi not working - no password didn't work; and no checkout instructions provided despite being asked multiple times"
