"Staff were welcoming and attended to all our needs. Throughout our stay my disabilities were considered and catered for. Thorough emergency planning also. Breakfast staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was well stocked, variety of choices for everyone including our dietary requirements. Requests for extra bedding due to disability catered for. Room was clean and well furnished. "What a beautiful setting, we were blown away! The rooms were comfortable, clean and wonderfully supplied with toiletries and hot drinks. The beds were extremely comfortable, best night sleep I’ve had in ages. Parking is free, just register it at reception. Staff were efficient, pleasant and helpful. We will certainly be coming back. "Me and Daughter stayed for 1 night on Tuesday 6th Jan, this was our last hotel to stay at in Torquay as we have stayed at all of them that had either a spa or pool, and wow Hotel, Room, and Staff was absolutely fantastic and the cleanliness of the whole place was one of the best I have ever seen, well done to your cleaners, we really do hope they are top money because they so deserve it. The SPA???? well to be honest it will depend on what you call a spa? The pool was small and cold, I was told...

"Where do I start when I arrived? I was greeted by Annette and Jade. They had to deliver me the bad news that I left my passport and credit card at the previous hotel in Bournemouth. They were absolutely lovely called the previous Hotel to say that I would be back the next day. The hotel is incredible sitting right on the water with spectacular views. Parking was very easy. I booked a junior suite. I recommend highly that you do the same incredible room. I would also love to shout out Oliver who...

"Overall a good stay. Room was really spacious and bed was comfortable, although pillows were really bad. I booked room for 3, but everything was for 2, from towels to coffee, but this was not a problem as reception was polite and efficient and they brought towels in no time. We saw a major leak in coming from toilet, so not sustainable not appropriate as the floor became all wet."

"Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x"

"The young girl who was on reception when I arrived on Thursday and on Friday morning was amazing. She was so helpful and went over and beyond what would be expected. She is a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast was great and the room was spotlessly clean. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here and will recommend this hotel to others."
