"Female ravelling alone, safety was a priority and I certainly felt safe! The suite is very clean and has all the amenties one needs and more. "This was a great accomodation at Pacific Shores. We used to stay with my inlaws when they had a timeshare here. Once they sold it, we missed coming for the beautiful scenery, the grounds, the facilities and general ambiance of the property. We will stay here again without a doubt."

"The place was great! The only problem was finding the place for the first time without taking a bus. I will suggest giving some instructions to the ones that don't have a car so they don't walk 2 hrs like us haha. The landlord was nice and he even gave me some change for the bus tickets. I will come back again in case we go to Gibsons again :)"

"The first thing we noticed was the 14 step staircase to get up to this lovely place. We are seniors and it was a lot to bring up all you take for a 10 day stay! Our host knew our ages (75 &87) and did not make us aware of this and a photo on the website would certainly have been helpful. Yes there is a washer and dryer but one would need to stand on a stool or chair to read the panel for the dryer. This place has stunning decor! The kitchen does not leave you wanting for anything. "This property picture, after seeing it in person, looks like the online picture was taken maybe 5 - 10 years ago. The shower is basically a closet in the hallway and the beds are completely uncomfortable. There was also an infestation of ants and, after contacting VRBO, instead of the manager taking care of our situation, they `offered' a can of ant spray outside of the door. I requested a fumigation and, although we were incredibly busy (we were working on our visit to Nanaimo) they requested...
