"The property was very clean but we did have trouble with the cooling system and reaching a comfortable temperature for our preference. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond. We did need cream and sugar for our coffee, and perhaps more coffee had we had cream and sugar but the host did offer to reimburse us if we purchased any.
