"The condo was immaculate. The bed was amazing. Appliances brand new and high tech, had to Google how to use them. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Pool was nice and clean. Grounds were well maintained. If you are looking for a wonderful, peaceful great place to stay on the grounds of turtle bay this is a wonderful option! Exceeded expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer."

"The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. "We were expecting a little nicer place from pictures. It was super hot upstairs upon arrival.Lots of fans blowing to keep it cool. It’s kind of old. Upstairs was low ceilings and we are pretty tall. Not ideal for 2 couples. One gets the real bedroom with AC and the other hauls everything upstairs and not as comfortable. Young family ok. It was too much money for what we got. Not terrible but not great either. "

AC in every room, wheelchair accessible, Boogie boards, pickleball, tennis things, beach chairs, everything you need! Hopefully this condo is available next time we travel because it will be our number one choice from now on."
