"Weather was perfect. Location and view were even better than expected. While there are trees on the lot. There is plenty of sun on the pool area. The retractable awning was a nice addition and supplied relief when we wanted shade. Great golf course, near perfect condition. The club house is very nice. Food prices are very reasonable. Looking forward to possibly vacating again at this site"

The beds were very firm and good for sleeping, the furniture was somewhat comfortable, although for our taste the sofa was a bit soft and the table in front of it was on the small side. "We enjoyed our month in Hanes City walking daily in the good weather in and around the golf links. The house was very much like home, very comfortable, including all the kitchen utensils we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable and all we needed for our month visit. On some days we walked at Circle B Bar Reserve (30 mins away) and saw lots of Alligators!"

The pool does not have a heater so most likely not usable during the winter months as the water was quite cold. The property manager was very good to work with. Maintenance said it was not his job it was the owners (we could not get a hold of) still haven’t gotten any word from host. My husband had to find and dig up the main water line to turn it on! Thank god we checked in 30min prior, if it had been after hours I don’t know what we’d have done. I’m 6 months pregnant and we were traveling with a 3 year old. "This property is 5 bedroom with 6 beds(2 kings, 2 queens, 2 twins). It fit our need very well. One issue I did let the host know is the house smells like smoke. To be honest I’m super sensitive to it but friends who were with us noted it as well. It wasn’t enough to trigger an allergy attack but wanted to make that note here incase someone else is sensitive. Communication with the host was excellent. The host responded quickly with questions."

"The property was not clean and prepared for our arrival which I had to pay extra for to check-in in the am. blown bulbs dead batteries in more than one remote. TV not hooked up. Trash was full. house looked dirty. Pool area riddled with spider webs cigarette butts. Paid for the pool warming, it didn't happen until the afternoon before my morning departure. Worst of all my skin is shedding from the mites in the master bedroom"
