"The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would stay at The Crown again without hesitation, however as I am disabled there are not enough parking spaces available for disabled guests staying at the hotel. The bays at the front of the hotel (3) were, at most times occupied by non blue badge holders."

"Philip and his wife Nikki have a wonderful Hotel and are lovely people! Our room was tidy, comfortable, quiet, and had small touches like complimentary tea and cookies that were so appreciated and enjoyed by us. I had the best sleeps I had on our entire 2-week stay while here, so much so that I missed breakfast unfortunately--(my fiancé made it though and said the food was delicious also). If we are ever in the area again, we will be back. Thank you for the fantastic experience!"

"Absolute delight, perfection. Although we only live a few miles away and was staying whilst we had a new bathroom installed, we will come back to recharge our batteries on a regular basis!!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Badgers. It was very peaceful, just what I needed. The hut was very well equipped, clean, comfortable and cosy. Would definitely recommend."

"Fantastic property. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Loved the history and renovation back story. Was worried it would be cold, draughty and creaky. How wrong we were. It was warm and inviting.Nice rural and quiet location. Happily stay there again!!"

"We had a ln absolutely lovely weekend away, so peaceful and the hut was very cosy and welcoming, would definitely return."

"Great hotel, lovely rooms and lounge areas. Food in the restaurant was excellent: good choice at a reasonable price. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"Everything is absolutely perfect beautiful place and fantastic staff"

"Nice Victorian warm style, very polite staff and nice food."

"Great stay"

"Very nice B&B, in good location. Just a couple of points to mention which was why I have only 4/5. - Room and en-suite smaller than expected, but still nice and comfortable - Breakfast was lovely, but would prefer being able to self serve juice and tea/coffee. Also a full English breakfast should use real sausages, rather than tiny chipolatas - Biggest issues was noise with voices and bathrooms clearly audible from other rooms late and night and early morning."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property nothing was too much trouble for Fiona and James and I have booked again for next year. The room was on the ground floor with a good shower, drinks and biscuits and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptional and I can't wait to return."

"Foi maravilhosa, o atendimento foi impecavel e simpatico. O quarto era muito bonito e agradavel. Apenas ao redor do hotel, mas isso de uma forma geral, nessa regiao toda tem o odor forte e desagradavel dos pesticidas… Deveriam usar mais as técnicas tradicionais na agricultura na Europa ! No nosso quarto, tinha um pouco de ruido da estrada para quem dorme com as janelas abertas, mas estavamos bastante satisfeitos."
