"In general the poor customer service is what really stood out. From the moment we arrived there was a significant lack of personal touch. The front desk associate was sitting at their console and rather than check us in directed us to e-kiosk to check ourselves in. We were told that there would be no room service and that if we needed coffee pods or anything for our room to contact the front desk. "Amazing spot! The house was perfect and extremely well laid out, kid/dog friendly and pretty well equipped. Kitchen could use a few more items but that’s obviously a super minor issue and had zero impact on our stay! We loved it. Would def stay again. Also the communication was great and immediate. "
