"This is such a sweet home in a great neighborhood. We came up for a short fishing trip in the bay and were so happy with the location and the house. The property is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and boat launches. It is an older home, so it does have a few quirks but overall has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I can’t say enough good things about the owner. He is so kind and responsive which made our trip that much more enjoyable. "

"This house is so special. For a Northeast city girl, this was the quintessential Southern home looking out right on the bay. Its beautiful wrap-around porches and outdoor seating areas hit the spot. And the sunsets....wow! It's very isolated and peaceful. "This house has everything you need, the views, privacy, space and outdoor/indoor entertainment. We especially enjoyed the sandbar that was so accessible and made us feel like we were on our on private island. The kids really loved the giant sloth, Mickey and Minnie stuffed animals. "

"Peaceful, relaxing place with wonderful waterfront views. House is spacious and well-stocked, with a large fenced yard. We enjoyed catching fish and blue crabs right from the dock and kayaking on the river. Highly recommend. "

"Beautiful location and owners provided everything needed to enjoy it. The water craft and fishing equipment were well kept with life jackets to fit all. Having bug spray available made it so we could go out and enjoy the outdoors. Check in was easy, and the space worked for us with three adults, three teens, and one younger (we did bring an extra air mattress to facilitate with that many big kids). We drove up to Chincoteague for one day and enjoyed the rental the other."
