"The hotel is nice. The hotel pub is the same. And the staff is polite. The coffee machine DID NOT WORK in the room. You couldn’t even put the mug (from the hotel room not my personal one) to pour coffee in it because it is too big. In the room there are no sockets. I wanted to charge my laptop and other devices, I didn’t have where. There are two “sockets” on one side and the other of the bed STRICTLY for phone cables. Meaning you insert the cable directly. "We had the most wonderful stay.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. They left a beautiful cake for my birthday! The breakfast was exceptional, nice view of the canal. The hotel smelt amazing and they had all the amenities you will need. I will definitely be staying again."

"We took our grandchildren for the evening. The only downside was we arrived at 6.10 and the pool for the children closed at 6. Had we known, we’d have arrived earlier. The room was a bit dated but clean and big. There were 3 beds so it was comfortable and spotless. The staff were absolutely lovely. We went in the pool the following day and it was gorgeous. The kids loved it. The products throughout were Elemis which was a luxury. We will definitely be going again."
