"I pulled a muscle while at the museum upon returning to hotel staff manager refused yo let me use a wheelchair for transport from car to lobby stating that chair was left by a guest and they were waiting to see if it was picked up. They refused me the aid of a rolling chair stating that it wasn’t used for that purpose. Not once did any staff member offer aid, suggestions, or concern. This issue meant that I had to wait outside in 94 degree heat for two hours while a muscle relaxer took hold....
