"We never could contact the host. Actually we had to cancel the reservation. Thankfully Vrbo Care did help and my trip ended well. Fue terrible, nunca nos pudimos comunicar con el anfitrión, gracias a Dios que Vrbo Care nos ayudó con la reservación de otro lugar y terminamos bien nuestro viaje."

"We got a room for 5 with 1 queen and a single bed. The description is missing that they have a korean floor mattress that fits for 2, which allow for a total of 5. The bathroom, AC, and kitchen all works and looks great! We had no trouble getting around. The hotel is close to Orange, Blue, Green and purple subway lines and bus lines. Also close to 7 11 and CU stores. Most importantly close to korea airport bus line. We will be using this the next time if we book this again."

"子供と2人で日本から宿泊。必要十分な備品で快適に過ごしました。同じような立地でホテルも検討しましたが、どこも同価格帯では窮屈そうで、部屋の広さからこちらの方が自分たちに合っていました。ハイシーズンでしたが、他の宿泊客ともうまい具合に部屋割りしてくれているのか、全く生活音がせずゆっくり休めました。シャワーが熱湯しか出ないというトラブルがありましたが、チャットを通じて文字通り迅速に、そして部屋に入らず非接触で直してくださり、文句なしの対応でした。備品の追加や交換のオーダーも、お願いしてから非常に早く叶えてくれました。立地的には、ホテルから1分にコンビニがあり便利で、駅までもそう遠くは感じませんでした。またソウルに訪れる機会があれば、ここを利用します。"

"The room was more expensive than other properties we’d stayed in but still good value, especially with the discount. The front desk is a little hard to find as the sign is not very easy to see from the street. The staff were helpful and answered my questions. The room was very large and clean and did have its own air conditioning even though the listing said it wouldn’t which was good."

"Great location and an excellent stay! The host was always accessible and responded very quickly whenever I had a question. I accidentally left my universal travel adapter behind, and they kindly ordered a replacement that was delivered right to the front door. I thought that was such a thoughtful gesture and it also means future guests will have one available if they need it. The rooftop amenities were a wonderful bonus. The gym, workspace, massage chairs, and complimentary coffee made the stay...

"The check in was easy and the host is incredibly responsive. Fabulous location. Fantastic workout room, which was important to me. The seven eleven connects to the lobby, so waters and snacks are so easy. There is an olive young in the block, so any needed toiletries are easily acquired as well. Would gladly stay again."
