"Stayed in one of the suites with a 4 poster and it was lovely. It was in the older part of the hotel so it had great character. Bathroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. "

All the staff were just incredible, so helpful and empathetic as we were a large group going to a family funeral.
The room was tired but very clean and whilst we were there the room had new curtains fitted. "

"The room is well renovated and everything works, mainly the shower. The breakfast is excelent, but expensive. There are some work in progress on the square in front of the reception, with the street interrupted, so the taxis and ubers sometimes don’t come to the right place. But it is a good location anyway to walk to the nice city centre of the (former) “steel city”, already converted to pedestrian streets. There was a fire alarm once in an ungodly hour, with everybody using the stairs to go...
