Spread out and enjoy this BRAND NEW beach home! This home features over a HALF OF AN ACRE of private green space that is perfect for little ones and pets. Just off Highway 90 and a short walk to the beach and protected from high traffic, while preserving coastal views! This home strikes a one of a kind balance of ample space inside and out, beach access, views, privacy and safety. The home is equipped with everything you need while you enjoy your stay on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home offers comfortable accommodations for 10 people. Enjoy the open concept floor plan for dining and relaxing, or explore the outside living space with a wrap around porch and screened in patio offering views of the Gulf. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out.

The home provides ample space and privacy for multiple families staying together as well as gorgeous common areas to create new old memories. Did we mention the TIKI BAR??!! Underneath the house is a full wet bar with network television, full power and a refrigerator as well as a beach shower to rinse off after a hard beach day with family and friends. There simply isn't a better way to relax than grilling your fresh catch and watching the sunset in your private hammock chairs and plush tiki bar furniture. There's also a children's playhouse to keep the kiddos busy long after you've arrived back from the beach or perfect for rainy days.

The home provides nearly 2,000 sq/ft of covered parking! The home is steps to the beach and Centennial Plaza and less than 2 miles to fabulous restaurants, shopping, fishing piers, parks, golfing, children's activities, downtown Gulfport and more. A short drive will take you to the numerous casinos on the Gulf, historical sites and museums, the Gulf Coast Coliseum and so many more attractions this exciting area has to offer. The home has all brand new furnishings, appliances, flat screen tv's, wifi, kitchen wares, a propane grill, board games, and MORE. Children's/baby items are available upon request. Pets are also welcome, as they are family too!

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival by a licensed and bonded company to ensure the utmost in cleanliness for the duration of your stay.

Our family spent the week of Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time! The tiki hut was a favorite hangout for the teenagers and the screened in porch was a favorite for the ladies to chat and drink coffee. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The short walk over to the beach was perfect and the large yard was great for our dogs and son to run and play. This home was a great size for our 3 families to come together. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy beautiful Gulf Port!

To walk out the front door, head across the street and bam the beach. We felt like kings and queens without a personal maid. We will come about again and hopefully your place will be available. Lovely stay

My family and I came in for a funeral and didn't want to have the hassle of finding a place to stay but luckily I stumble across this property after a few scrolls and with ease I was able to have my family and I staying someplace comfortable and cleanly. Kathryn was a very accommodable host and we enjoyed our stay.

Birthday Gras Staycation Getaway

I was very pleased with the home. Everything was clean, neat, and organized! The house is beautifully decorated and centrally located near restaurants stores and coffee shops. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. I walked in to a sweet birthday card and gift. The only thing we needed to add was food. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with pots, pans and silverware. The bathroom was stocked with towels and toiletries and it was all very clean and tidy. This is a perfect home for a family getaway or friends trip. The neighborhood is very quiet. I highly recommend. 10/10

What a great place to stay

My family and I stayed here for a full two weeks. Really enjoyed the property clean well-maintained. Well kept very nice furnishings and amenities. Lots of TVs great kitchen. The tiki bar was big fun. Catherine Knox was a great host and accommodated any requests or needs that we had Could not have asked for a better stay

Another Great Stay

Once again, our stay on the coast was wonderful. Kathryn consistently does a great job of communicating and the home was just great for our family. Dash, our labrador retriever, loved running in the grassy area and we enjoyed playing outside games, as well. It was a quiet, restful time that all of us appreciated!

Great house near beach

Our first time in Gulfport, MS and we couldn't have stayed at a better place! Booking from the site was so easy and the hostess made it quite comfy for us! The house exactly like the pictures on the site! No surprises! There were a couple of minor issues that were taken care of immediately when we contacted the owner. We would love to stay here again wherever back in Gulfport!

Incredible property literally a block from the beach!!!

First, the house is GORGEOUS!!! It well-stocked with everything you can imagine and in excellent condition!!! Property contact, Kathryn, is very attentive and kind!!! Little special touches make you feel like you are the honored guests!!! The beach is pretty low key and quiet considering how busy the area is!!! We also traveled with a dog and 3 year old. There were all kinds of toys for my granddaughter, and my dog instantly settled down... they even provided pet dishes!!! The tiki bar, porch, deck, and screened in porch areas were all wonderful! My only wish was MORE time to stay there!! There are new houses going up in front of the property, but it signifies that this area is popular!!!

Beautiful beach home!

The house was clean, spacious, and beautiful. We were expecting a full view of the beach, which was shown in the pictures. The view was obstructed with new construction, which is beyond their control. We just wish their listing pictures were updated. Overall we loved it!
