The beds were slept in, there was dirty laundry still in the washing machine, one bed had a huge stain on the mattress cover, the pull out couch had a lot of dirt and grime all over it, the bath tub had dirt and grime in the bottom, and we found THREE roaches almost as soon as we walked in, in various places throughout the house.
