This family-friendly, low-density complex is just a short walk or drive to Little Lagoon Bay and all that Gulf Shores has to offer. Parking passes are $52 and need to be purchased prior to arrival. VRPS Parking System will send you an email to purchase these prior to arrival.


All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of $300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.
